Looking for an Auditor to work in Qatar


Looking for an Auditor to work in Qatar having the below qualifications, noting that the duration of the hiring may vary according to the monthly cost, but it may be extended for one year. If you know somebody, please ask him to contact me as soon as possible.


1.    Minimum Qualifications & Experience
·      BA or B.Sc. in Accounting
·      An internal audit certification such as CIA, CISA and CFE would be an advantage
·      5-10 years' experience in accounting & auditing, preferably in the medical supplying industry.

1.  Audit Planning

·      Perform pre-audit analysis and audit planning and update audit programs in order to ensure that the audit objectives are achieved
·     Monitor the timely execution of the audit plan to ensure all areas are covered within the time frame and quality reports are published in time



·      Accurate and effective pre-audit analysis and audit planning
·      Audit plan executed within the time frame

2.  Audit Operations

·     Develop/update assigned risk based audit programs within the time frame to ensure smooth and comprehensive coverage of audit
·     Prepare draft reports and responses from in order to submit to superior for review
·     Lead and maintain a professional and independent audit function in order to ensure adherence to audit authorizations, policies, procedures and internationally accepted auditing standards
·     Manage the day-to-day operations of the respective department by providing expertise and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets and objectives


·     Audit programs prepared within the time frame
·     Audits completed on time
·     Percentage of audits completed without significant documented negative comments from superior
·     Quality of draft reports is accurate and relevant and confirms understanding of auditors
·     Day to Day operations are consistent with established policies, standards, and procedures.


3.  Audit Controls and Processes

·      Monitor compliance of internal systems and procedures with the set policies and procedures, relevant laws, agreements and regulations to ensure effectiveness
·     Review and assess management systems while providing necessary comments and recommendations aimed at maximizing their effectiveness to safeguard the interest of all stakeholders. 
·      Study and review various aspects of the company's business processes to assess their soundness, reliability and integrity in terms of financial, administrative and operations

·     No. of non-compliance incidences
·     Compliance is assured
·     Systems and processes safeguard the integrity and value of the company

4.  Reporting


·      Submit formal reports to the BOD on the adequacy of the company's internal policies and procedures, the degree of compliance with existing policies and procedures, adequacy of internal controls

·      Continuous and accurate reporting of activities

5.  External Auditors Liaison


·        Liaise with external auditors concerning matters of professional audit standards and resolve any outstanding audit queries to support external auditor’s assigned tasks          

·         External auditor satisfaction with service provided


6.   Team Leadership

·     Promote good communication and collaborative/team  work environment within the section and across the company
·     Ensure appropriate resourcing plan for the department and ensure appropriately skilled resources to deliver Audit Section objectives
·      Work with each direct report  to set their personal objectives in line with departmental objectives
·     Ensure each team member has a training and development plan in place
·     Ensure team adherence to the company and departmental policies and procedures

·       Audit team engaged and committed to  achievement of operational objectives and understands their contribution
·      Each team member understands and achieves their personal objectives and Performance/Development Plan
